V&A and Cafe Brindisia

Entrance to V&A.

Entrance to Cafe Brindisa which we recommend when going to the V&A. All the food is from Spain. Pretty great place for tapas.

Tony, like me, is a regular lottery player. Good to see his money going to good use. Hope he wins a big pile of pounds.

Lovely dining room!

Reminds me of Venice.

Glass-V&A

I wonder how much this staircase cost??? It gave me ideas about making a shower.

Chihuly again.

Entrance to the V&A

Back when I went to London with Mame I was looking for this Chihuly piece. I knew it was in a museum in London-wasn't at the Tate and the guy there had never heard of Chihuly. Too late I found out it was in the V&A, so I have been wanting to get back here for awhile.

It is suspended right over the entrance desk. Our friend, Mark, the Bobbie, vowed he would never work underneath it. It does seem to need a good dusting, but that would be an act of courage as well.
