Tallin-buildings on guildhall street

Here's the story.  The man who lived across the street from this house stared at the wife of this house daily.  Eventually her husband had had enough and had this caricature of the neighbor installed on the house.  The starer moved-out of town.  

Secular and sacred authority.  I know Martin Luther on the right, but not the guy on the left.
