We had lunch at Sally Lund's. Sally is known for her buns. You can have them with butter and jam or clotted cream or some savory sandwich.

Sally came to Bath from the continent in the 1500's and began making her buns. The restaurant is in the oldest house in Bath.

When you have lunch at Sally's you can go into the basement museum for free. Otherwise it is 30pence. Here you can see the foundation unearthed to the level of the Romans.
