Lyon-Day Three-Boat to the Confluence-Churches

This is the Basicilica of St Jean in Fourvier-built in the 16th century. Site of the marriage of Henry and Catherine de Medici. More about this later.

Notre Dame is the Marilyn Monroe of Lyon. Glitzy and glamourous on a hill. Way too glitzy inside, but we'll get to that later too.

This is a 19th century church that we didn't get to visit. Don't even know what flavor it is, but it looks lovely here by the river.
