In fact, he crowned himself after crowning Josephine. He had the Pope all lined up to do it, and then just couldn't go through with it and grabbed the crown and crowned himself.
I saw this and was expecting some candy store or something like jewelry. It is in a little garden of the Quatar Embassy and it is basically the Quatar flag twisted on both ends to make it look like a piece of candy.
This is a shop/tearoom recommended to Suz and Charlotte by a flight attendant on the plane. It has a great website.
