Limoges-Around Cathedral St Etienne



Next to the cathedral is a little group of buildings that must have been a marketplace.












Probably originally designed to wash up a bit before going in the church. Now used often to quench the dog's thirst.





I'm not sure what this building and entrance are, but they are right in front of the cathedral and seem to accompany it. They are not the bishop's house. We'll see that later.




















A comtemporary Limoges descendant who is remembered in the garden beside the cathedral.
